Super Bowl Monday

Did you watch?  Thoughts?  Game/Commercials/Halftime?

Game was boring.  Commercials were just OK.  Halftime was sort of a snooze as well.  My squares didn't win me any money.  I had fun with the people I was with, though...so there's that?

Feel Good Friday

Welcome Back! Almost a week off...crazy!  Happy FRIDAY!

What are you feeling good about today?

Me?

• 1 day school week
• My BFF, Freeman, is turning 50 next week.  I'm having a surprise party for her tomorrow night.  Should be a lot of fun!
• Only ONE youth sports event this weekend!
• Super Bowl!  I guess I want the Rams to win.  I don't have any personal feelings toward the game.  At this point, I'm just looking for my squares to pay out?  We're hanging with friends, so it should be fun.
• I saw this yesterday and it gave me the LOL's....  I've always been a major Muppet fan.  Hope you enjoy!

Freezing Feel Good Friday!

I know, I know...it's cold.  Other schools are off.  But you are fine.  You're old enough to put a hat and coat on and we have heat in the building.  You will survive.  Wait until next week.  We will likely have a day off next week if the forecast plays out like it's predicted.

It's FRIDAY!  What are you feeling good about today?  Since I've been out on field trips this week, I feel like I have a TON of paperwork/desk stuff to do today.  

It's yet another weekend of youth sports in the Calomino house.  Hockey game tonight, working baseball registration tomorrow, baseball tournament..yes...BASEBALL (indoor turf tourney), hockey game tomorrow night, baseball tournament again on Sunday.  And there's my weekend.....

It's all good, though.  I LOVE my baseball family, so it will be good to be with my faves this weekend.

Gold Stars and Demerits

Which one?  Demerit for me....

I still have two packages I need to mail that have Christmas gifts.  One to my favorite Auntie Pam and one to my dad's wife.  I bought them gift cards, wrapped them up all cute, etc.  They are even sitting in the padded mailing envelopes.  I just have to have my kids write the thank you cards for their gifts and stuff some school pictures in there.  That's it!  I'm going to put it on my priority list this weekend.

P.S. I'm going to give out a gold star, too.  Gold Star goes to everyone who helped in the hallways this week.  They look AWESOME!!!

Happy HoCo Week!  Every single hallway looks AWESOME!  I know the class officers and cheerleaders were here ALL weekend decorating.  Make sure you let them know how awesome everything looks. 

This weekend FLEW by!  Another late hockey game for my oldest last night.  Didn't get home until almost midnight.  I'm SUPER tired today.
