Here we are - Day one...How's it going so far? Last night we got carry-out from Lassen's and watched Percy Jackson - The Lightning Thief.
I'm getting ready to leave in a few min to go VOTE and to buy a new recliner for my living room. There is ONE good place to sit in my house and I refuse to fight with Mr. Cal every night about who gets the "good chair", so I'm just going to go out and buy my own. There is going to be A LOT of together time in the coming weeks, so I'm doing all I can to make it so we come out of this better than when we went in.

Good Morning! Well, here we are. I'm not going to see you for a while and I'm not going to fib, this makes me sad.
So, do you have any goals for while you're off? Obviously we have school stuff to do. I will update my blog every day with plans. We may do check in meetings in Google Hangouts once a week. Stay tuned.

Welp, everything is canceled. Not sure how I feel about that. I mean, it's nice not to have to have to be in Romeoville at 7:30 tomorrow morning, but I don't like being a slug.
Two St. Patrick's Day parties tomorrow...always a good time!

Yuck...I really wanted to stay in bed for a couple extra hours this morning. It was dark when I left for school this morning. Dislike.

Friday was Fish Fry - It was crazy busy!
Saturday we didn't do much. I took my oldest for his drivers license, packed some boxes in our house. Saturday night my younger son and I went out for dinner to Scrementi's.
Sunday I did the usual Sunday stuff....Aldi, Sam's, Target, etc.

I don't like eggs. They make me gag big time. I can eat things that have egg in it, but things like scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, egg salad....GROSS!

I'm tired! My oldest is off today for Pulaski Day and I'm a tad jealous.

How was your weekend? Mine was relatively uneventful. Fish Fry on Friday, Saturday was pretty chill, and yesterday we had basketball playoffs at Marist. Lost, which is fine. While I always want them to win, I'm equally as excited to take that off my calendar.
Tonight we don't have ANYTHING! Yay!
